"Grateful to the beautiful Ella for giving me my first haircut in years that hasn't left me traumatised. She listened to what I said about retaining length and weight and advised me against some things that wouldn't suit my natural curl pattern which I appreciate.

The salon allowed me to change stylists at the last moment due to some anxiety and were very polite and understanding about it. My only advice to other customers is - if, like me, you like a bit of heat protectant on your hair pre blow-dry I think you can probably just ask for that :) my hair was silky soft afterwards regardless. 5 stars for sure.

"It was my first visit and I got a short haircut from Ella. I have to say, it's by far the best cut l've had in the UK. I've been to various hair salons over the years but rarely walked out feeling satisfied. The results were either off or just not what I had in mind. But Ella is incredibly skilled and talented. I didn't have to explain every little detail. She just got it and nailed the look I was going for. She tailored the cut perfectly to suit my head shape and facial features, which made all the difference. Highly recommend her if you're looking for precision, style, and someone who truly understands what works for you.
