Joseph has won the prestigious British hairdressing awards including British black hairdresser of the year and has worked on London fashion week and many fashion photoshoots, videos and editorials. Joseph's philosophy of hair design is in strong shapes, longevity of well-designed haircuts and their suitability for the client and he strongly believes that the devil is in the detail.
